The Artful Photographer Pricing

All prices are negotiable. Please ask if you have a special package in mind.

Studio Sitting Fee: $50, plus $10 for each extra pet or person; 50% of this must be paid at time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Studio Print Prices (with re-touching):

3X5: $20	Studio Print Package #1: 1 8X10; 2 5X7’s; 6 wallets: $85 (savings of $20)
6 wallets: $25	Studio Print Package #2: 2 8X10’s; 4 5X7’s; 12 wallets: $160 (savings of $85)
5X7: $30
8X10: $40
11 x 14: $60
16 x 20: $90

“On Location” Hourly Rate: $75-200+ per hr, depending upon event and travel time involved. Coverage of small family events in the Chicago area begins at $75 per hour for a minimum of 2 hrs; corporate events start at $200 per hr. All pricing is negotiable. To secure a date, a non-refundable down payment of 50% must be made at time of booking.

Wedding Packages:

DVD Package #1: $600

Two hours' photographic coverage and a high resolution, "copyright free" DVD of 50 untouched images. Any overtime will be billed at $100 per hr. A non-refundable $200 fee to hold the date will be required at time of booking;this will be subtracted from the total cost of the wedding/event but will not be returned in the event of cancellation or re-scheduling. Additional images will be available for purchase as prints or digital images.

DVD Package #2: $750:

Three hours' photographic coverage of the wedding & a high resolution “copyright free” DVD 75 untouched images. Any overtime will be billed at $100 per hr. A non-refundable $200 fee to hold the date will be required at time of booking; this will be subtracted from the total cost of the wedding/event but will not be returned in the event of cancellation or re-scheduling. Additional images will be available for purchase as prints or digital images.

TRADITIONAL WEDDING: $200 per hour for first two hrs; $100 per hr after that.
Traditional poses of bride, groom, wedding party, family and friends before the wedding, during the ceremony and during the reception; “candids” will also be included. Bride & Groom can select images at the photography studio via computer and pay for individual prints. A non-refundable $300 deposit will be required at time of booking;this will be subtracted from the total cost of the wedding but will not be returned in the event of cancellation or re-scheduling.

WEDDING WORKS #1: $1200 for 1 photographer, 6 hrs.
Traditional poses of bride, groom, wedding party, family and friends before the wedding, during the ceremony and during the reception; “candids” will also be included, as well as “creative shots” of Bride & Groom. Bride & Groom can select images at the photography studio via computer. One set of loose 3 x 5 images of 24 “best shots” included in archival box; high resolution “copyright free” DVD of approx 100 images included (“re-touching” of images will involve an extra fee). A non-refundable $400 deposit will be required at time of booking;this will be subtracted from the total cost of the wedding but will not be returned in the event of cancellation or re-scheduling.

WEDDING WORKS #2: $2000 for 1 photographer, 8 hrs
Traditional poses of bride, groom, wedding party, family and friends before the wedding, during the ceremony and during the reception; “candids” will also be included, as well as “creative shots” of Bride & Groom. Bride & Groom can select images at the photography studio via computer. One set of loose 3 x 5 images of 30 “best shots” included in archival box; high resolution “copyright free” DVD of 125 images included (“re-touching of images” will involve an extra fee); 10 8 x10 photographs of same pose included. A non-refundable $500 deposit will be required at time of booking;this will be subtracted from the total cost of the wedding but will not be returned in the event of cancellation or re-scheduling.

Wedding/Events Print Prices (untouched images):

3X5: $8

11X14’s and 16X20’s only available with re-touching; prices available upon request. Wedding Collages, 30 x 40 prints, photos printed on canvas, and oil paintings of photographs also available. All printing and art work is done “in house.”

High Resolution DVD Weddings/Events, untouched images:
(A DVD of 50 or more images can only be purchased with a service contract).

$25 per image for 1-10 images.

$20 per image for 10+ images.

A DVD of 50 images is $250.

A DVD of 75 images is $300.

A DVD of 100 images is $350.

A DVD of 125 images is $400.

A DVD of 150 images is $450.

A DVD of 175 images is $500.
